Hobo spider? Want to let it be, but not if it's a brown recluse. Crawling across bathroom floor. Thanks.

This is not a brown recluse the proportions of the body and legs are wrong- I don’t know what type of spider this is. There are a lot of very similar looking spiders from different families. I can tell this is a male because of the large boxing glove like structures in front. Here is what a male brown recluse looks like for comparison https://bugguide.net/node/view/1542844/bgimage
This is not any of the Loxoceles or Eratigena species.
My hunch is a black lace weaver.
Species Amaurobius ferox – BugGuide.Net
The hobo spider is one of the smaller Eratigena genus and earned a bad reputation from bad research. Eratigena agrestis is quite harmless as all Eratigena species.
The black lace weaver while harmless, can inflict a bit painful bite if mishandled.
