Guessing it's a mouse spider. Had a very soft grey fur abdomen and large pedipalps, meaty legs, very fast. Would fit on a dime. Caught inside bathtub, released outside.

This is a male ground spider in the family Gnaphosidae. Some uncertainty of species given your location but I suspect Scotophaeus blackwali.

Thanks! That’s the conclusion I came to with the research I did on it on Google. I feel much better now knowing that’s probably it and they’re pretty much harmless. Glad I let him go, plenty of bugs for him to help with outside.
