Comments & ID Thoughts

Maybe a tan jumping spider?? Not sure. Found it on my bed just a little while ago. I live in a rural town in Missouri. Is this spider poisonous??

It’s nothing to worry about. Almost all spiders have venom for killing prey quickly, but only a few species in USA that can cause significant medical issues. The US spiders that are medically significant are” Black Widows, Brown Widows, and Brown Recluses. The rest are like a bee sting at worst, like nothing at best.
