Is this a wolf spider? Found deceased around lake Mohave (desert with a spot of water).

Including legs in this pic it’s slightly smaller than a quarter.
It is a wolf spider, but its condition doesn’t make for an ID. It would have to go under a microscope.
Thank you. I’ve been down here 6 years and this one was new to me. I just like to know and learn about our local wildlife.
I Know Searchlight, Maybe after dark you can find the large wolf spiders, Desert hairy scorpinons, and solifugids. One of my favorites, the southern house spiders, but you do have western black widows.
