Yes i agree with BugmanDan. I think it is this one…Adonea algarvensis…I had a look at the velvet spiders present in Portugal and this one is the closest match… .https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/783433-Adonea-algarvensis/browse_photos
You pegged this one. I had forgotten how small they are as most photos are macro.
Beautiful little things…..this one looks like casper the friendly ghost.
Close up of their face, they look like a little old gat man.
