This is not a spider but is instead an insect. I think it is a seed bug….apparently they stink as badly as stink bugs if they are squashed…https://cals.cornell.edu/new-york-state-integrated-pest-management/outreach-education/whats-bugging-you/western-conifer-seed-bug
