The egg sac looks like Steatoda to me. Here’s one of my Parasteatoda egg sac photos blob:https://spiderid.com/3d49a611-afe1-47be-b9cd-ab18c8c0cc01 They look like tan pottery. I don’t know what comes first, the egg sac or the eggs, though. Maybe Parasteatoda wrap the eggs after ovipositing them.
Do you think I should be alarmed with this spider? She decided to make a home indoors right next to my room lol. I’m not too concerned though. Just curious if it will be an issue. Seems she has now found a mate!

They multitask making sacs. I don’t see the nipple common for Parasteatoda, so you may be correct.
