Sitting on my patio chair looking at my tablet this morning and the next thing I know, along came a little spider, crawling on my tablet. Lol I was startled. It jumped onto me and we did a little dance as it hung on to a single thread of web and descended toward the patio concrete. Before it could, I lifted it back up by its web and put it on this pillow so I could take its picture. It didn’t mind being photographed and kind of posed for me. Lol It’s fast. Never seen one before.
This is a magnolia green jumping spider, Lyssomanes viridis.
