Found on a bar in between 2 windows. Looks like it’s building its web from top to bottom, jumps off the bar and back on (not falling off thanks to the web) and spins a lot. Small blackish looking stripes with a main yellow color.

One of the nursery web spiders in the Dolomedes genus. Dock spiders, fishing spiders are in this genus.
A female, looks to be starting an egg sac and her nursery web.
