Is this a bold jumper and if so do they bite and are they poisonous?

Yes, bold jumper. They can bite if trapped say between fingers playing with them.
You will probably feel it but not toxic to humans or pets.
These are likely a more popular pet spider than tarantulas. Your lucky, most people hunting them rarely find them.
