Yes it is a false widow.
Noble False Widow – Steatoda nobilis, female.
Many websites say they are “the most venomous spider of UK”. They are calm, just don’t mishandle them(or don’t handle at all) and it wouldn’t bite you. Even if it bites you serious medical problems are rare.
