This is a Long-legged Sac Spider. Their first pair of legs are their longest paiir. They are normal to find in North America. There is an indoor species in the region where I live. The young males are active right now. I have one on the ceiling above me. It drops down sometimes over my dog, then decides to not colonize her and it scrambles back up it’s silk tether.
