Pretty sure it’s a Florinda coccinea / black tailed red sheetweaver. Found in the grass in our yard. Super tiny, like a grain of rice, red body and black legs

I agree. Hard for me to spot these with poor eyesight.
I’m not sure if it’s that or Alcimosphenus licinus ( was Leucauge licinia ) https://bugguide.net/node/view/67291 Bugguide has it as a “see also.” The web in the photo looks more like an orb web than the pattern of F. coccinae. A. licinus is in family Tetragnathidae , which can have orb webs. I like how the water droplets collected on the web. freki, if you have other photos of it and the web they can be posted individually as new submissions, if you want to. I’m rather confident this is Florinda coccinea.
The web looks incomplete, hence to see it with its butt up in the air shooting web, after being washed out. Tiny crab spiders will do much the same pose.
My first hunch was bowl doily spider, but never heard of a red one. Comparing with
freki123’s suggestion, I came to F. coccinea.
