I think it is a male lichen orb weaver .Araneus bicentenarius

They are a big species. Male orb weavers tend to have longer legs than their female counterparts. Something to remember is that when spider sizes are mentioned …they are talking about the body size excluding the legs. They are gentle giants though …unlikely to bite and their venom is not dangerous to humans. Here is some more information on them
