Wolf spider? American grass spider? I can’t really see the eyes that well, or the spinnerets at all. Camera roll says October of 2022. Looks like one of the bushes in front of my house.

Oh sweet! Thank you again! Yes the web was definitely funnel shaped. I didn’t realize funnel weavers weren’t either grass or wolf spiders. I have a lot of learning to do 🙂
Grass spiders, Agelenopsis genus, are within the funnel weaver family. Along with, Eratigena (giant house spiders), Tegenaria (domestic house spiders).
