I Think it is a wolf spider.

dolomedes albineus (white-banded fishing spider). congrats on seeing one in person, they’re really beautiful spiders!
Thank you for helping us Slelarachnid. I’m going to label this one just as Dolomedes. D. tenebrosus is the best possibility for the location, but I’m not certain.
