This is not a spider but a different type of arachnid called an Opilione

Yes. We have categories for similar bugs. There are parasites ( the red things) on it that could be mites. That would make it a photo of 2 types of arachnids that aren’t spiders. 🙂 Mites are in order Acari of class Arachnida. Spiders are order Aranae.
