Great photo! Did she accept him? His colors and markings are different from female’s His body is small relative to his leg length. That’s normal. In spiders it’s females that are unusual, they have more molts and grow for more time than the males.
Thanks. I don’t know if she accepted him or not. I did not stay long enough to find out. I observed them for about 20 minutes and then moved on.
