Comments & ID Thoughts
The spider was hiding in an outlet cover, and rushed out onto it's web when I accidentally disturbed it's web by opening the outlet. All is well, the web wasn't broken, and it soon returned to hiding in the outlet cover. I believe this to be some variety of Orb Weaver due to the shape of the web and the spider's behavior.
