Tetragnathidae
(Long-jawed Orb-weavers)

Unfortunately I can only give you the family this spider is in, Tetragnathidae. They are usually found in low foliage or plants over bodies of water. I usually find them in places where they can set up webs horizontally to catch insects that breed in water and wet places.
