It's either a six eyed spider or a dusty sand spider. These live under my shed in the backyard. This one was hunting baby lizards around a bougainvillea on a semi windy, 32% humidity, 100 degrees F evening at 6:30 pm with full sun.

Yes you are right. It is a dusty desert spider in the genus Homalonychus

Nice photo. There are 2 species in the area https://bugguide.net/node/view/471320 H. selenopoidea is most likely, H. theologica is theoretically possible.
