I’m not sure. She’s in genus Araneus, might be Araneus cavaticus. That’s the species of Charlotte in the book, “Charlotte’s Web.” The prey is a Green Lacewing. Lacewings are attracted to porch lights, like moths are. Spiders tend to set up webs around bright lights to catch the insects that are lured to light.
