Comments & ID Thoughts
The spider had built a funnel-type web between the glass pane and window screen of a window, so technically it was more outside than inside. It was using the front protrusions (I thought they were fangs lol) almost like hands, touching them to the web it was resting on. Could it be it was touching up the web or feeling for vibrations?

This is most likely male grass spider in the genus Agelenopsis… the appendages out in front are his pedipalps…..I know he is male because only males have the swollen boxing glove like endings to their palps….he will use them when he mates a female…..the palps also have fine hairs and sensory structures…so he may be using them to detect prey on his Web too
Thank you, what was most interesting was he was using his palps like hands, smoothing out his web.
