This spider was found crawling on a folding chair in a gravel lot (next to some bushes and grass). I think it's about the size of a dime, or a bit smaller. Sorry for the blurry photo, it was moving a lot trying to find a dark spot on the chair. It has brown striped legs and a pattern on its back, and appears to be fuzzy.

I am fairly sure it is a little jumping spider…..hard to say which one though…..I have a hunch it is in the genus Phiddipus as the males of several Phiddipus species have those white tufts of hair on their front legs

This is a picture of Phiddipus audax BTW.. the most common Phiddipus in your state.
And in a similar pose to the spider in your picture
