Beautiful pictures…..really good guess….but after looking at both pictures…..I think what you have here is a quite red Neoscona crucifera…She is likely carrying eggs which is making her look rounder than usual….the marks on her abdomen here are 2 L shapes facing each other….The marks on a Marbled orb weaver are more rounded.

Could be. I wasn’t sure what it was but in a pa insect group someone said marbled so I ran with it lol
