I'm taking a guess here that this is a Jumping Spider. I'm not too sure of the variation. This little one has siblings that tend to spread out about a foot from each other on my friends window. My friends are not too happy with their house guests but I've asked them to not kill them. I'd like to relocate them to my plant house here in Tennessee if possible. I have Jumping Spiders and they seem very happy in my plant house.
