Thank you for the photo showing the web. You may have seen clickbait articles about these spider allegedly taking over America. They’re an Asian species that was accidentally introduced to Georgia on a truckload of building supplies. I don’t know if it has been scientically determined whether they are a problem yet. They aren’t dangerous to people. There is a mythology about Jorō spiders. Fun Fact: Their name means another word for prostitute. Their mythological selves tie up young male musicians to keep forever.
