That’s a nice photo of an Orbweaver and her egg sac. She’s in genus Araneus, I’m not sure of the species. I haven’t seen a photo like this that shows how big the egg sac is compared to the mother. I’m glad that she has hydration from the rain. They get weak and thirsty after ovipositing their eggs. That, plus colder temperatures are causing her to move slowly. She is near the end of her life. My guess would be Araneus diadematus…the cross orb weaver…but I can’t be sure
