suspect this is a widow, but I am unsure if it's a brown or black. definitely doesn't seem as Round as the black widows I grew up around, and this lineage definitely has striped legs that don't darken very quickly as they age. I've been watching these grow up all summer. probably an immature female based on shape and color - about an inch and a quarter long including the legs.
