I filed it to genus because the Northeast has an overlap of 2 species in the genus. C. mildei is usually found indoors. This indoor specimen looks like the ones I have outdoors – bigger and darker. They tend to have tints of brown, green, or blue. My indoor Chieracanthium are small and clear with lemon yellow abdomens. Bugguide just lists all of my photos of any of them to genus because I live in the Northeast.
Long legged sac spider, quite harmless. Usually see them prowling ceilings at night.
