Comments & ID Thoughts

Looks to be a bold jumper (Phidippus audax). I'd left my mason bee trays outside on my porch and found this little guy (gal?) nestled inside one in a silky sac. When I gently pushed it out it jumped. I felt bad about probably disrupting its winter home, but I needed to clean the bee trays. Hopefully it found another spot.
