There are no poisonous spiders, but your little friend produces venom that is considered medically significant.
This is a southern black widow, female.
The brown thing near the top right is interesting. I wonder if she killed some kind of caterpillar.

I dunno. It was 42°F that morning so, everyone was moving pretty slowly.
It reminds me of the worms in Dune though. And it’s a beautiful spider, isn’t it?
Might be a case moth larvae.
I think it is a butterfly chrysalis…I don’t know which butterfly…this one is a similar shape…..but most pictures of it have a white band….maybe something related
