(Double Spotted Spiny Spider)

She’s cool! We don’t see many submissions of this species. She’s a spider that makes orb webs, and totally harmless. Her camouflage is looking like a spiked bird dropping and the face of a larger animal. There’s a lot going on there. 😉 I saw your bio. You did great, you took a photo and learned more about her. That’s a giant step in overcoming fear of spiders. The only US spiders that have medically significant venom are the Recluses and Widows. Don’t worry too much about those either.
