I am fairly sure this is a harmless little cobweb spider Steatoda grossa

TangledWeb

To make avivarium for it, it would like an area that is totally dark or black. It is in family Theridiidae. They hunt in darkness by vibration. Their vision is poor. If you handle the spider it might be attracted to dark clothing or it might go into your sleeve. That happened to me. It will eat almost any insect or spider that is in the vivarium also. They like plants in moist soil. It isn’t a dangerous spider.
