Oh wow. Lucky you. I live in hope of finding something exotic in my fruit and veg. No joy so far. It seems to be a huntsman spider….depending on where it came from….I think it is a pantropical huntsman…Heteropoda venatoria. Its not native so you can’t release it. But you may be able to connect with someone on Facebook who would be delighted to take it off your hands.

That’s my best guess too, for now. @Aggy77 a photo from above would be helpful if you have one. It can be uploaded as a new submission. I’m trying to see markings and the directions of the feet. Heteropoda ( “different feet”) spiders have feet that all point in different directions in a circular pattern of angles. That allows them to always have one foot pointed in the best direction to pivot from for sudden movement. Like Nod said, don’t release it because it shouldn’t be in your country.
