A Pholcus sp.
Navyrigger, yes one of the common names is Daddy Long Legs. We use Cellar Spider as the common name because the DLL name is also used for a type of insect ( Crane Flies) and another kind of Arachnid ( Opiliones). They’re all totally harmless. The specific species of yours is most likely Pholcus phalangeoides. Technically, we can’t tell which species it is from a photo. They’re often found near sinks. You might catch one drinking water from a droplet.
