I think it’s Dolomedes albineus https://bugguide.net/node/view/2028/bgimage a White-banded Fishing Spider. Wolf Spiders generally can’t stick to vertical surfaces like that. She has nice bold markings. They usually blend in better on wood, they look like lichens. Thanks for taking a guess. 🙂
