Argiope argentata would be my guess, potentially Argiope blanda. Gorgeous spider.
Silver Garden Orbweaver Argiope argentata Thank you!! I was scared it might be poisonous; but upon “your reply” I googled it on google images and found the exact spider! Man its beautiful; and I’m not a lover of spiders…LOL But it’s shiny GOLD appearance with white spots is something to marvel…Its beauty is what saved its “Life” LOL; I’ll be moving the 3 to safer spot for them to chill….
Argiope lobata I believe. Beautiful spiders.
Very close…. Silver Garden Orbweaver Argiope argentata YES I agree wholeheartedly!!
Happy Earth Day! It’s my favorite holiday. 🙂 Dan, I went with A. argentata due to location and the silver ( argent) on the abdomen. At this angle the bumps of the posterior are at an angle that looks like the posterior of A. lobata. Thank you all for working on identifying her.
