I think it is a long legged sac spider in the genus Cheiracanthium

It’s probably Chieracanthium mildei https://bugguide.net/node/view/3384 . I just learned ( the link I included) that the species came to the US from Europe in the 1940s. They sleep in little silk sacs that they reuse. My cat enjoys watching them. 🙂
