Probably Cheiracanthium sp. Cheiracanthium spiders are not dangerous and rarely bite. There’s no need to kill them — just relocate them outside.

A long legged sac spider, possibly with a fresh molt. Quite harmless, no need to kill these.

The ones in my house don’t have long natural life spans anyhow. Other spiders kill them.
