He’s a Crab Spider, I don’t know which one yet. His markings resemble moss on tree bark. When Bark Crab Spiders feel threatened they may raise their abdomen ( like folding the spider) so the shape, surface, and markings resemble the head of a snake. It’s easy to see his “resting snake face.”
