Found dead on my covered front steps (there is an attic overhead) while having my roof replaced. Approximately the size of a fifty cent piece with very distinctive markings on its top abdomen (or it's back)

While wolf spiders are very common and plentiful in this region and the main species that grows this large , they are quite different looking in coloring and overall body shape. Several have been found, all dead, lying about the property since the roof work has began. REALLY need to identify as there are children and small animals both indoors and out and also one person recently had to go to ER with an unidentified “bite” on their leg that they found after they woke up from night sleep in their bed, that is not healing even with treatment.
This looks like a dark fishing spider..Dolomedes tenebrosus…to me….they are pretty docile and don’t have medically significant venom.
Thank you very much, I will look it up and note it for future reverence ️️
