Comments & ID Thoughts

A quick google search led me to this site.
And a quick search here leads me to believe it's a Dysdera crocata (Woodlouse Hunter)
It wandered on to a glue trap we have down for cave crickets.

You got it! Thank you for using our site to get the answer. Somehow we rank high in Google search results. That’s useful because we don’t have a search field on the site and using search engines is the easy workaround for that. 😉 Your spider probably was hunting the crickets. It prefers dark moist earthy habitats for hunting. The fangs are cool, they wrap around the bug and pierce through on the sides. One curved fang is visible in your photo.
