At a campground, spider was on the spout of a water jug.

I love the color. The spiny legs, might be something of the lynx spider family.
The arrow pattern could be something of Verrucsa genus.
The spots, maybe something of Araniella genus.
Its a real beauty. My guess is that it is this one Araneus cingulatus
