Yep! That definitely looks like an Eastern Parson Spider (Herpyllus ecclesiasticus).

Yes! I’ve seen a couple of them, they’re entertaining little things. They seem to speed around randomly. There was one running loops over and under the top of my kitchen table. It reminded me of the toy electric race car track that I had when I was a kid.
