Trichonephila clavipes, aka golden silk orb weaver. Often mistaken for Joro spiders, but note the fuzzy black areas on the legs and that their abdomens have different patterns! They are harmless to humans, despite their size being scary to some. Their silk can have a golden-ish tint, and they generally build very large webs.
