From browsing the site, I think this is some kind of jumping spider. The closest match I found was in the Platycryptus undatus group, but the markings are not quite like those in most of those photos. The distinctive feature is the gray marking at the end of the dorsal abdomen that looks like a spade on a playing card. I found the one pictured on my living room ceiling.

Patterns can vary a little, certainly Platycryptus undatus.
