Spider was found in an outdoor storage box along with 2 spiky egg sacks that look like images of Brown Widow egg sacks.

Well, the spider is a female Steatoda triangulosa, quite harmless. One spent her life under the breaker box in my pantry eating all those pantry bugs.
Brown widow are the only spiky egg sacs I know of, so keep an eye open in the area.
Thank you for the comment and ID!
My household S. triangulosa had kinda flat round egg sacks. I wonder if the Ohio one might have eaten the possible mother Brown Widow.
It is possible. My gal made a nice egg sac and I was thinking YAY a replacement when the old gal dies. Sadly, the eggs were infertile, so no babies.
