She looks like a False Widow in family Theridiidae. It’s the same family as Black Widows, but these have venom that is potent on insects and other spiders. They’re great indoor spiders, they eat a lot of bugs that get into buildings. I find them on outdoor locations, like your spider, about equally as often as indoors.
