Yes, they’re Brown Widow egg sacs. The species is one of the few to have venom considered a potential medical hazard in USA. There is an antivenom and bites aren’t common in homes with the spiders. They bite if skin is in contact with them with enough pressure to pain them. They don’t attack except defensively. If you want to put the egg sacs outdoors or destroy them, it’s your choice. They are not a threatened or native species. They may be a threat to Black Widow populations because they kill Black Widows.
